How I can Help you
Your personal development and growth are key to you achieving everything you want in your life.

Take a look at the ways in which I can be of help to you in making the best out of your life

Loneliness can be overcome. It does require a conscious effort on your part to make a change.
Making a change, in the long run, will make you happier, healthier and have a positive impact on you personally.
If you’re living with high levels of stress, you’re putting your entire well-being at risk.
Stress wreaks havoc on your emotional equilibrium, as well as your physical health. It narrows your ability to think clearly, function effectively, and enjoy life.
Unleash your infinite potential.
Be more confident and transform your life.
Have the confidence to achieve your personal and professional goals.
There isn’t anyone in life who hasn’t experienced some kind of loss and yet we are ill-prepared to deal with loss and the conflicting mass of emotions we call grief.
There is not a team in the world, that has not experienced a conflict of some kind.
Conflict is often feared but it doesn’t have to be a bad thing, the key is to manage it effectively.
I run a number of workshop scenarios to suit your needs: Stress Management; Building Confidence; Effective Communication; Public Speaking; and Dealing with Difficult People
I can help you and your team and your clients by speaking at an event, conference or convention on a topic that reaches out to assist and support.
I periodically write articles which touch on a variety of topics. In a world with so much negativity, my articles focus on finding the positives in even the worst situation.

Stop judging yourself
by what happens to your in life, so you're not basing your confidence on outside events.
Forgive yourself
and others for past mistakes. Harbouring old grudges takes up a lot of time and energy which you could be using in more productive ways.
Learn to think differently
When you fall into self-criticism, notice them and change them to positive thoughts.
Set goals/outcomes
on the basis of what you can realistically achieve, and then work step-by-step to develop your potential. Acknowledge small achievements which take you closer to your end outcome.
Emphasise your strengths
Focus on what you can do rather than what you cannot.
self-confidence and self-esteem are learnt behaviour, and with practice can be built.

Testimonial ~ North Yorkshire County Council – Registration Service

“The Registration Service team gained valuable insight into our own internal and external reactions when faced with resistance. Thanks to Jane Keogh we learned specific strategies for applying that insight toward working more successfully through others’ resistance to ideas/suggestions — What we gained from the workshop had immediate relevance to our work and encouraged us to think in new ways about our interactions with colleagues and customers at key stages within their lives.”
